It provides all of the necessary service support that not only extends the life of your investment but also guarantees your system will maintain its top level of performance. Whether installed by AVDS or any other vendor, our service agreement provides our clients with the assurance that we will be on site whenever or wherever needed.
An AVDS Service Agreement is serviced by our experienced, knowledgeable and friendly technical team. Its members are trained and certified by leading manufacturers in the A/V industry. As new technology becomes available, we pursue ongoing education and additional certification to ensure a consistent and high level of support and expertise, upon which our stellar reputation relies.
All service work, system updates and upgrades are thoroughly documented by our AVDS technicians in a customized service log, helping to prolong system performance and safeguard against future problems.
